As you can see the last entry on this blog is from early 2010.
No, I haven't fallen off the face of the earth. Instead, I have started other websites, including a fitness website, where I did my blogging. I no longer have the other fitness website (I wanted to consolidate the two), so I'm now going to be solely focusing on this blog!
As you can see on the homepage, I will be restarting the classes in Aug. 2013. However, I wanted to post before that so here is a
1-MINUTE FITNESS TIP:
"It's time to deep-six the old advice to guzzle eight glasses of water a day. Your fluid needs fluctuate based on what you eat, whether you exercise, the medications you take, and your climate. A more reliable sign of healthy hydration: urine color. As long as it's clear or pale yellow, you're good."
