Question: What is the Bootcamp class?
Answer: In short: Serious FUN & A Serious Workout!
When you think of a bootcamp, you might envision a drill sergeant barking orders...
Instead of barking orders, we encourage and coach participants to use the proper form during the 45-minute circuit training sessions called "bootcamps." These sessions involved intense repetitions of various cardio, strength and abdominal exercises. No class is ever the same so members don't get bored!
Question: What if I want to get my coworkers involved? Can you come and do Bootcamps or other types of fitness classes at our work?
Answer: Absolutely. We offer various corporate programs. Check out our corporate page or Email us with your name, the name of the company you work for and your phone number and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Question: Will the Cardio Kickboxing and the Bootcamp class really help with my belly and thigh issues?
Answer: The answer is yes! We do everything in our power to create a well-rounded exercise routine that targets trouble-spots while delivering overall conditioning results! With dedication and commitment, you will see CHANGES within your body!
Question: Will you yell during the Bootcamp class?
Answer: No, if I do, it will only be POSITIVE REINFORCEMENTS! Nothing negative. I'm not a drill sergeant.
Question: How many days a week should I come to see results?
Answer: In order to see the desired results in the least amount of time, I recommend breaking a sweat every day. This includes coming to both of our weekly classes AND doing some other type of exercise during the rest of the week. I recommend taking 10,000 steps a day on the days that you are not in our Bootcamp or Kickboxing classes. 10,000 steps are approximately 5 miles.
Question: How long is each class?
Answer: 45 minutes.
Question: Who can attend?
Both the Cardio Kickboxing and the Bootcamp classes are designed for all fitness levels, including those that have not exercised in a long time (or ever).
Question: Are the classes indoor or outdoor?
Answer: The Bootcamp classes are both indoor and outdoor. (Weather permitting, we will be outside.) The Cardio Kickboxing classes are indoor.
Question: Can I join the classes any time? And I'm not sure that I can come to both classes / week so can I just come when I can?
Answer: Absolutely. You can join anytime and can come to as many classes as you can.
